The Frist Amendment uarantees freedoms concerning religion,expression,asssemnly, and the right to petition. Congress from both promoting one religion over others and also restricting an indicidual's religious over other and also restricting an individual's religious practices. It guarantees freedom of epression by prohibiting Congress from restricting the press of the rights of indiciduals to spreak freely. It also guarantees the right of citizens to asemble peaceably an to petition their government.
